The essence of the concept “management of the strategy of innovation activity” is explored. The groups of factors of the external and internal environment that influence the management of the strategy of innovative activity of industrial enterprises are distinguished. The necessity of using methods and tools that will reduce or neutralize the factors of the external and internal environment and increase the effectiveness of the strategy of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is substantiated. The author’s definition of the theoretical essence of “management of the strategy of innovation activity” is proposed.

Theoretical approaches to the investment process` nature definition and the order of investment process` stages have been analyzed. The main trends of enterprises` investment process` introduction have been specified. Dynamics of enterprises` investment process` have been identified. The main features of investment cycle and its liaison with scientific and technical progress have been marked. It has been suggested to study industries` investment attractiveness as integral characteristic of separate economic fields regarding development perspectives, investment yield, and level of investment risks. It has been found out that certain industries` investment attractiveness is evaluated amid enterprise`s investment strategy`s development and field diversification of the investment portfolio.

The paper deals with a variable multifunctional simulation tool that enables to design and assemble animated models of various technological processes controlled by externally connected fuzzy logic unit. It enables to verify the correctness of fuzzy controller settings in the future control of real technological processes in practice. This tool represents an effective, innovative, and creative concept important to understanding control approach of technological processes modeling as an insight to behavior of real industrial processes and their control which is based on fuzzy logic. On the base of this animated simulation, real technological processes control can be realized successfully according to producer demands afterwards. Models of technological processes assembled by this simulation tool can be then externally controlled by various control strategies (traditional PID controllers, ON-OFF controllers,PLC controllers, fuzzy logic controllers etc.) via a proper real controller connected to the computer. In the paper, two-conveyor-belt system for product packing is shown. The goal consists in control of synchronization of products and boxes placed on individual conveyor belts in order to pack the product into the box. The main concern here is to improve dynamic performance and control efficiency with the help of assembling an animated model of the controlled technological process and its external control by a fuzzy logic unit.

The future of industry contains many challenges. Necessity is to increase the degree of digitization and achieve a new level of productivity. The rise emergence of modern production lines operating in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0 foresees the creation and implementation of new technologies and the emergence of autonomous production units capable of independent existence within the manufacturing process. They must closely communicate with other elements and cooperate with all the elements in the production process. In this article we describe architecture of theoretical cyber-physical system and give components and technologies necessary to implement a modern enterprise designed according to Industry 4.0 standards.

Sowing is the most important of all technological processes and has a serious impact on yields. Failure to observe the basic agro-technical requirements, such as optimum sowing time, proper soil preparation, sowing, sowing depth, etc., leads to irreversible losses. The seed drill, which is a modified version of a factory-made drill for punched wide-row sowing in paired rows. It is part of a machine system used to implement innovative technology in which traditional surface treatment machines are not needed. This requires that a cultivator section be included in its device to prepare the soil at the same time as sowing. Turning the seed drill into a combined machine requires it to check its performance. The inspection was carried out by examining the degree of crushing of the layer, the alignment of the profile of the treated strip and the deviation from the set depth of sowing. Each of these metrics is considered as an optimization parameter involved in three single factor experiments with a single controllable factor in them – machine speed (x).
