    Solving the problems caused by the growth of M-S diversity belongs to the latest current scientific field of research in modern mechanics and electromechanics, which is generalized to the concept of structural and systems research with models of microevolution and macroevolution. If genetic synthesis allows to find new structures of M-S and spindle nodes on their basis, then for the synthesis of schemes and structures it is advisable to use a system-morphological approach. To develop a morphological model, functional (morphological) features are selected, which are divided into three groups in accordance with the modular principle: the modules of the rotational motion of the spindle, the drive feed -translational motion and the clamp-expansion

    Conducted analytical studies, resulted in the construction of a new mathematical model of plane-parallel motion combined simultaneous sowing unit and bandpass mineral fertilizers. If you use the original equation in the form of Lagrange II-the kind, the system was composed of six differential equations of motion, that describes the behavior of the combined unit with its plane-parallel motion. Defined analytical expressions for the forces, that act on the machine unit, can be solved on the PC.

    The scientific-technical and pedagogical-methodological model of preparation of future specialists in agroengineering for innovative project activity on the basis of studying of agricultural machines on modern technologies of training, deepening of scientific activity of students based on features of calculation of trailers which are used in machine-tractor units has been developed. An equivalent calculation scheme of a technical system consisting of a wheeled tractor as an energy propulsion and a trailer is given. Such theoreticalcalculative material is used in institutions of higher education of general and professional competencies of future specialists of agroindustrial production. It is noted that the preparation of future agricultural engineers for innovative project activities is carried out in accordance with industry standards and the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”. The influence of end-to-end project training on students’ readiness to perform scientific and practical tasks has been studied. The condition under which there will be no overloading of front wheels of the machine from its working bodies is substantiated, and ecologically admissible pressure on the ground will remain the same.

    This paper discusses the programming and control of a multi-cycle tape machine. Part of the electrical equipment is also presented. The program code in the language “Lader diagram” is selected and the input-output diagram is described. “Lader diagram” is a programming language designed to resemble an electrical circuit. Due to this fact, it has a great advantage over other programming languages, because electrical logic is easy and simple to present. Most of the programs in discrete automation are created on the “Lader Diagram” due to the simple operation and easy maintenance. The description and the cyclical approach of each executive body and automatic mode of operation are presented.

    The article explored the operational reliability of agricultural machinery of low mechanization operating in the mountain conditions of Ajara, carried out the classification of machine parts on the basis of their structural and technological homogeneity and specific working conditions, highlighted the least reliable components and parts, developed a theoretical basis for calculating the reliability in contrast to mobile machines , the corresponding structural and logical schemes were drawn up.
    As a result of statistical studies, integral and differential distribution functions of reliability indicators have been obtained, their general characteristics have been determined and the values of single and complex reliability indicators have been determined, resource-saving technology has been developed to increase the reliability and resource of mini-technology. technology for the region of Adjara, as well as its parameters and rational about service-organization of the pilot plant.

    In the practice of repairing the machines in agriculture, the following strategies are mainly applied: forced repairs; conducting repairs in plan order and a combined strategy with elements of both strategies.
    An investigation was carried out and analytical dependencies were obtained to determine the function of the recovery (characteristic of the failure flow) of the machine components in the forced repairs (after failure), to carry out repairs in a planned order and a combined strategy with elements of the first two strategies to calculate the required pool of spare parts to maintain machine performance.

    This article shows the method and results of experimental RESEARCHES of machines for egg sorting into categories based on size and form using a vision system. The principal difference of the considered machine for automatic sorting of eggs into categories from existing sorting machines is the division of eggs into categories by size and the separation of substandard eggs in the flow. Experimental verification showed that the machine provides the division of eggs in size into four categories and the separation of eggs of irregular shapes and sizes in the flow. The accuracy of separation of eggs into categories depending on the performance. With a productivity of up to two eggs per second, the accuracy of egg separation averages 94.8%., With a productivity of three eggs per second was 87.4%.
